US training Syrian rebels: 'Complete mess of strategy, waste of money'

The US is running a training programme for Syrian rebels to help them fight Islamic State militants. But so far - it's not been very successful. Nearly half of the first batch of recruits sent to the battlefield were killed, captured or have gone missing.
