My husband enjoys teaching our two young boys about everything outdoors. We live in an area with lots of small game such as fox, raccoons and bobcats. This is a live trap which is harmless and painless to the animal. It is checked every day, sometimes twice a day. We do live in an area with Mountain Lions, but it would be rare to catch one. Well, we were in for a big surprise when my husband checked the trap that morning! It was a huge beautiful Mountain Lion! These traps are a little tricky to release which leaves him very exposed the animal waiting inside. And she was not a very happy cat! She hissed and swiped at him multiple times. Very intense!
