A terrifying helmet camera video has emerged of a cyclist having a head-on collision with a car.

Jack Thoburn was cycling at 22mph through Romford, UK last month when a car turned straight into his path, sending him and his bike flying over the bonnet.

Amazingly Thoburn sustained only a few bruises.

His brand new bike, however, was completely written off.
