Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Joseph Kurup affirms that he and the National Unity Consultation Council (NUCC) will not back down from their objective to unite the Malaysian people.

As the minister responsible for NUCC, he also denies the rumours that the National Harmony Act Bill is ready to be tabled in parliament.
