Gan Kong Meng is KL's new CID chief

Penang's Timur Laut Police Chief Gan Kong Meng has been transferred to Kuala Lumpur and appointed as the city's new CID chief.

He will replace Ku Chin Wah, who has been transferred to Bukit Aman for undisclosed reasons.
