The KLCC was one of the staging points for the walk to Stadium Merdeka.
Led by PAS's Husam Musa, other leaders included those from Royalti, a group demanding petroleum royalties for the oil producing states from the Federal government and the national petroleum company Petronas and ANAK, a Felda NGO.
The group swelled to over 10,000 as they were joined by a youth group led by Che'gu Bard who started from Kelab Sultan Sulaiman, 3km from the Jalan Ampang/Jalan Sultan Ismail intersection.
