Bilal Qureshi originally wanted to make a career for himself in Britain or the US. Having initially underestimated the opportunities available in Germany, he ended up coming to Berlin on a scholarship and graduating in biophysics. He now rates his chances of professional advancement very highly - even if the competition is considerable.
