March 21, 2012: MAS Employees Union (MASEU) took their grouses to Parliamentarians today to express their dissatisfaction over the impending MAS-Air Asia collaboration and share-swap.
The deal they say doesn't benefit MAS and the airline's employees.
A case in point is their suspicion that MAS will carry Air Asia's advanced booking passengers to Europe such as London and Paris since the airline no longer ply the route from KL.
The union's secretary-general, Abdul Malek Arif, says that it doesn't seem as though Air Asia will be paying MAS for to take over this responsibility.
