In Cheras, DAP incumbent Tan Kok Wai said the public caught a suspicious looking foreign man who tried to vote at Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Segar at 9am. He said the suspect produced his identity card to prove that he is a Malaysian but a member of the public did not believe him, and handed him over to the police.
