A May Day protestor was arrested in front of the Dang Wangi police station when he and a group were wating in vigil for the others who were arrested earlier in the day at Maju Junction and at the Chow Kit monorail station.
PSM's Sungai Siput MP and the party's sec-gen S Arutchelvan were among about 20 political, labour and rights activists and leaders caught today in a police dragnet on what was supposed to have been a march in solidarity for workers and to call for a minimum wage law.
