Bench Press 235 X 5 Reps @ 145 lbs
162% Bodyweight - 33 yrs old
Forget all about the fighting and violence. If you can bench press 162% of your weight for over 5 reps, I give you major props. But it’s gotta be natural, no steroids, no performance enhancing drugs, no supplements, no creatine, no vitamins, no whey protein, none of that, just food, sleep, and hard work. You can live in another state, in another country, and you can test yourself to see where you’re at and we can immediately see who’s at a higher level in this specific exercise, there’s no need to meet up to fight to see who is better, see who is better right now. I don’t promote competition, but if we are to compete, we should compete in safe ways, and this is safe, as long as you don’t drop the weight on yourself!
If you weigh 175 lbs, you need to bench 285 lbs for 5 Reps
If you weigh 200 lbs, you need to bench 325 lbs for 5 reps
If you weigh 225 lbs, you need to bench 365 lbs for 5 Reps
This will show who is stronger pound for pound on the bench; this to me is the true strength. I don’t care that you can rep out 225 lbs weighing in at 225 lbs, that’s nothing to me. My question to you is, how strong are you for your weight?
