It seems that the handing over of protest notes to the Singapore High Commission against the death sentence passed on Malaysian Yong Vui Kong has developed into a ritual.

Lawyers for Liberty and two MPs handed over the latest protest note today.

Teluk Intan MP M Manogaran and Kapar MP S Manickavasagam had sent letters to meet with the Singaporean High Commissioner T Jasudasen, which had been met with silence.
