At least eight people were killed in flash flooding that swept through Colorado City, Arizona, on Monday evening, according to local reports. Five others were reported missing. Two vehicles with 16 passengers aboard were swept away by the flooding at around 5pm on Monday, assistant fire chief Kevin Barlow said.
