Guatemalan electoral authorities have announced the candidates in the presidential runoffs on October 25. The former first lady Sandra Torres will face the former comedian Jimmy Morales, who came out of the first round with a clear lead 10 days ago. On Monday, the other contender, right-wing Manuel Baldizon, withdrew from the race, alleging irregularities.
