Meeting Between Venezuela, Colombia on Border Crisis Set for Today

Two days after the presidents of Venezuela and Colombia met and adopted a 7-point plan to resolve the border crisis, representatives of the two countries will be meeting in Caracas for consultations on its implementation. They will discuss bilateral measures to improve conditions along the border and fight drug trafficking and paramilitary activity in the region. The plan and the commitment to continue talks was welcomed by Colombian politicians and social organizations. Natalia Margarita reports from Bogota. teleSUR
