Jason Nassr. was at the mall in Ontario when he saw something suspicious. It appeared to him that a man in a blue shirt at the mall was following around a group of women. So, Jason followed the follower, and in doing so caught what he thinks was the blue-shirted man upskirting one of these women while in line at the food court. Jason confronted the man in the parking lot, and authorities are currently investigating the incident.
