HASEN’s mission is to produce genuine research and data on the Broader Caspian Region, as well as to contribute to policy and business environment with strategic recommendations on energy, international affairs, security, economy, education, culture and environment issues. HASEN considers the SGC project as the product of the shared vision and, all the concerning countries should continue to work together to realize it. The Institute sees regional energy and transportation projects as the major catalyst of creating a more prosperous and collaborative environment in the region.
