"Potato is a star ingredient, it can be eaten boiled, mashed, fried and baked and there is no one in this whole wide world who doesn't like potatoes and it can amazingly add interesting flavours to your Diwali dishes. And in this video Maria will be showing you her version of a baked potato which classifies to be her favourite comfort food of all times. So try this mouth watering dish ang give your Diwali a little twist with this interesting recipe
Ingredient
1) Large Potatoes
2) 4 Garlics, thinly sliced
3) Olive Oil to smear on potatoes
4) 2 tbsp Butter cut into tiny cubes
5) 100gm Cream + Salt + Chili Flakes
6) Fresh Rosemary
7) Pepper
7) Grated Parmesan
8) Dollop of Sour Cream
Method:
1) Scrub the potato and cut the potato in slices.
2) Slice the garlic and insert into the every slices of potato
3) Smear the potato with olive oil
4) Spread butter over the potato
5) Prepare cream (100 gm cream + salt+ Chilli Flakes) and pour this into potato. Sprinkle Fresh Rosemary over it. Spread pinch of pepper and grate some parmesan too
6) Bake it in 225 degree preheated oven and bake four 45 -60 minutes.
7) Add dollop of sour cream to baked potato
