The 2015 "Our Ocean" conference is being held in Valparaiso, Chile. The 3-day event seeks to preserve the marine environment and fisheries. During the conference, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry reported that Washington and Havana are discussing a joint maritime reserve in waters between the two countries.
