Mexican authorities announced the arrest in Cancun of top drug lord Daniel Quintero. He is wanted on homicide, kidnapping, and drug trafficking charges. Quintero is a leader of the notoriously violent New Generation drug cartel based in the western state of Jalisco. He is one of 122 major drug traffickers being sought by authorities. teleSUR
