It's a bit mean but an amusing video has emerged from the UK of a man showing off his ability to shoot elastic bands across the office rather accurately.

The video, filmed this week in London, shows the man selfie filming while he targets an unsuspecting colleague.

He did apologise afterwards though, writing online: "Ever so Sorry Colleague."
