If you have trouble to figure out how to add music playing in the background of your PowerPoint presentation do not worry anymore I will help you out with this short tutorial.
Hi guys this Andrzej Pach speaking from learnfromme.net, In this tutorial I want to show you how to add and edit the music in the background. PowerPoint 2013 has built in tools to edit music in the background. I have already a music track prepared so let me simple grab it, as you have your music tract selected, simple drag it over to PowerPoint and now watch how to make so the music will play across all of your slides I will also open up the animation pane so you will understand things better. Alright can you see the music track is already an animation inside the presentation once I click on the music track I have new audio tools here you just need to go to play back and now select it to play automatically as you see it is already animation then you need to select play across light and hide during show. This speaker won’t be visible while the presentation is playing should also play look until it stop because the track might run out when you are presenting once you have selected all the options you just need to drag the music tract over to the first place because we want the music to start immediately with the presentation, let me show you a preview. As the slides are advancing the music keeps playing until I want the music to. What else can we do? I can select the music I go to play back and I can also trim the audio because for example you do not want the intro part of the song you want it to play it later if this is a more interesting part of the sound you could also trim it from the back to make it's duration less alright and to achieve a nice effect you can also fade it out, there is also a second much, much more easier option in PowerPoint. Microsoft has created one click tool to make the music play in the back ground as you see it’s all selected. Let me press no style again, we come to the step where we simple just answer the track. If I would press now play in background I get all things I have done before with one click, play across slides, loop until stop, hide during show, automatically jump as the first animation so there you have it, this is the easiest possible way to get the music to play in the background in your PowerPoint presentation. Simply drag it into the presentation and press play in background. If you would like to help me out or interested in tutorial like this please subscribe to this channel.
