On an official visit to indigenous groups in Chile aimed at advancing in regional integration in Latin America , Bolivian Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca met with representatives on the Cerro Santa Lucia, a high hill that is a traditional Mapuche site in Santiago. Choquehuanca noted that communications between Bolivia and Chile are not fluid at the moment.
