Brigade, the app to get voters to the polls

Brigade is a new app that is trying to improve voter participation in the United States, by connecting people with like-minded views. Its first "real world" trial was this week in two local elections, and the app's founders are hoping to roll it out nationally for the presidential poll next year. We spoke to Brigade's Chief Executive Matt Mahan at Web Summit in Dublin.
