A 35-year-old, unnamed, Brazilian man intentionally jumped off the the cruise ship Oasis of the Seas while northeast of Mayaguana, Bahamas. Information provided by alleged passengers on the ship suggests that the apparently attempted suicide was the result of a domestic dispute. Video footage shows him clinging to a lifeboat while crews attempted to rescue him. Soon after he falls into the churning waters below. His fate is currently unknown.
