Zyrtarisht Partia Socialiste ka lancuar fushatën për zgjedhjet e vitit 2013 duke paraqitur programin e detajuar me te cilin kërkon votën e shqiptareve. Përreth 70 minuta kryesocialisti Edi Rama ne Asamblenë Kombëtare ka lexuar programin e ri te partisë, i cili përqendrohet ne 4 shtylla qe kane te bëjnë me ekonominë, shoqërinë, demokracinë dhe marrëdhëniet me Bashkimin Evropian. Rimëkëmbja e ekonomisë për PS fillon me një pakete fiskale te re, ku hiqet taksa e sheshte, anulohen te gjitha koncesionet e pasuksesshme dhe niveli i borxhit fiksohet ne kushtetute. Ndërsa fati i ligjit për menaxhimin e plehrave duket se është vendosur tashme nga maxhoranca, kryesocialisti Rama ka deklaruar se kur e majta te vije ne pushtet, do ta shfuqizoje atë. Ne kapitullin për rimëkëmbjen e shoqërisë, PS është përqendruar tek reforma ne shëndetësi, tek reforma e sigurimeve shoqërore, si dhe një status te veçante për veteranet dhe ish te përndjekurit. Programi i Partisë Socialiste ne fushën e demokracisë përfshin realizimin e zgjedhjeve te lira dhe te ndershme, rikthim te parlamentarizmit, lufte ndaj krimit dhe korrupsionit, zgjidhje te çështjes se pronës. Kapitulli i fundit i programit te partisë me te madhe te opozitës, përfshin marrëdhëniet me fqinjët, një këndvështrim te ri për çështjen çame, si dhe vullnetin e PS për te bere gjithçka qe Shqipëria te marre statusin e vendit kandidat.

Socialist Party has officially launched the campaign for the elections of 2013 by presenting detailed program which requires a vote of the Boards. About 70 minutes kryesocialisti Edi Rama in the National Assembly has read the new party program, which focuses on four pillars that have to do with the economy, society, democracy and relations with the European Union. The economic recovery for the SP starts with a new fiscal package, which removed the flat tax, repealed all the concessions failed and the debt level is fixed in the constitution. While the fate of the law on waste management seems determined now by the majority, kryesocialisti Rama said that when the left comes to power, will invalidate it. In the chapter on the recovery of the society, the SP is focused on health reform, to reform social security, and a special status for the veterans and former refugee. Socialist Programme Party in the field of democracy includes the conduct of the elections free and fair return to parliamentarism, the war against crime and corruption, the issue of property settlement. The last chapter of the party program for most of the opposition, including relations with neighbors, a new approach to the Cham issue and the SP will do everything that Albania received candidate status.
