Me 71 vota pro dhe 49 kundër maxhoranca ka miratuar nen për nen dhe ne tërësi buxhetin e shtetit për vitin e ardhshëm.
Përtej shifrave te draftit për buxhetin, debati ne parlament është përqendruar edhe tek vizioni politik i secilit kamp për financat e vendit. Ne emër te PS Mimi Kodheli ka këmbëngulur qe qeveria te shohë me seriozitet propozimet e opozitës për te ndërhyrë ne ndihme te konsumatorit, duke hequr TVSh për ushqimet e ilaçet. Sipas Kodhelit, e cila ka lëshuar edhe akuza për nivelin e larte te korrupsionit, qeveria duhet te reflektoje për te miratuar një buxhet për njerëzit. Qëndrimi i PS është pare nga ministri i Financave, Ridvan Bode, si demagogji politike. Duke kritikuar propozimin e PS për vendosjen e një takse progresive, Bode ka akuzuar opozitën se dëshiron te krijoje një republike bananesh. Ndryshe nga buxheti, maxhoranca dhe opozita ka gjetur gjuhen e përbashkët për Kodin Rrugor. Pas disa jave diskutimesh parlamenti ka miratuar ndryshimet ne këtë kod me 117 vota por duke futur për here te pare elementin e pikëzimit te patentave dhe trefishimin e gjobave ndaj shkelësve te rregullave te qarkullimit rrugor.
