Ish deputeti demokrat Bujar Leskaj pritet te votohet ne krye te KLSH me votat e mazhorances, pasi opozita është shprehur publikisht kundër.
Vendimi është marre ne mbledhjen e grupit parlamentar, ne pjesën e mbyllur për kamerat, kështu qe qëndrimi u mësua nga "Vizion Plus" nga burime brenda mbledhjes. Por duket se nuk ka qene e lehte te arrihej ne këtë përfundim,duke marre ne konsiderate se mazhoranca ka shkelur afatet e përcaktuara ne rregulloren e kuvendit për shqyrtimin e dekretit. Presidenti e dekretoi Bujar Leskaj ne 17 nëntor, çka parashikonte shqyrtimin nga komisioni i ekonomisë brenda datës 8 dhjetor, koha 3 javore për shqyrtimin e kërkesës ne baze te nenit 111 pika 3 e rregullores. Me paraqitjen e kandidaturave, Kryetari i Kuvendit ia kalon ato menjëherë komisionit përkatës, i cili vendos nëse kandidaturat i plotësojnë kushtet ligjore brenda tre javëve nga marrja e kërkesës. 71 vota te mazhorances janë te mjaftueshme qe ish ministri i kulturës, Bujar Leskaj, te ulet ne karrigen e kryetarit te KLSH. Me herët shumica rrezoi ish deputetin demokrat Sali Shehu, me argumentet e mos konsultimit nga ana e presidentit, por edhe mungesën e ekspertizës ne ekonomi,te zotit Shehu. Në pjesën publike te mbledhjes se deputeteve demokrate, Berisha është ndalur gjatë ne takimet qe zhvilloi javën e kaluar ne France. "Në takimin me homologun francez, e njoha edhe me bllokimin që i bëri opozita procesit për dy vite, duke mos votuar ligjet me 3/5 në kuvend me idenë se në këtë mënyrë do mund të dëmtonin qeverinë, por dëmtuan statusin dhe bllokoi marrjen e tij, sikundër e njoha kryeministrin me zhvillimet e fundit, për punën normale të opozitës në parlament" shprehet Berisha. Shefi i ekzekutivit shtoi se kishte marre garanci për inkurajimin e bizneseve franceze për te investuar ne vendin tone, kryesisht ne fushën e energjisë se rinovueshme.
