Qindra emigrante kane mbetur ne kufi ne Kapshtice pa mundur te kalojnë ne territorin grek. dogana e shtetit fqinj ka pezulluar punën qe nga ora 9 e mëngjesit si pasoje e një defekti ne sistemin kompjuterik. Por edhe gjate natës situata ne këtë pike kufitare ka qene mjaft e renduar, pasi nuk është lejuar kalimi i autobusëve e kamionëve për shkak te problemeve nga dëbora ne segmentin Kapshtice-Kozane. Një numër i madh emigrantesh kane qëndruar për mese 10 ore ne makina, ne një kohe kur temperaturat shënonin deri ne minus 4 grade celsius. Policia rrugore ka ngritur dy postblloqe një ne dalje te Korçes dhe një ne dalje te Bilishtit, duke penguar sidomos autobusë e mjete te renda qe te vijojnë me tej udhëtimin. Autoritetet doganore shqiptare u bëjnë thirrje emigranteve te mos nisen drejt pikës kufitare te Kapshticës deri ne një njoftim te dyte.
