Prodhuesit e bukës i bëjnë apel Bashkise se Tiranes dhe drejtorisë se metrologjisë qe te ndërhyje ne treg për te standardizuar këtë produkt jetik. Sipas tyre, afishimi i peshës se bukës bashke me çmimin do te ishte një mase e cila do te sillte një reduktim te informaliteti ne këtë treg. Një nisem e tille do te orientonte qarte konsumatorin ne blerje por edhe çmimi do te përcaktohet ne baze te peshës. Aktualisht ne Tirane numërohen mbi 300 furra buke por jo te gjitha janë te licencuara. Shoqata e prodhuesve ngre shqetësimin se ne jo pak raste prodhimi i saj behet ne kushte primitive. Konsumatori shqiptar mashtrohet ne peshën e produkteve qe ai ble për shkak te abuzimeve qe kryejnë tregtaret, por edhe te institucionet shtetërore. Pak kohe me pare, një sere zyrtaresh te drejtorisë se metrologjisë, institucion qe ka për detyre te kontrolloje peshën e produkteve ne treg u arrestuan. Ata akuzohen se përfitonin para ne mënyre te paligjshme duke mos ndëshkuar tregtaret qe abuzonin me peshën.
