Kuvendi ka votuar pro heqjes se imunitetit te tre deputeteve te Partisë Socialiste: Tom Doshi, Taulant Balla e Besnik Baraj, për ti hapur rruge Prokurorisë qe te hetoje rreth aktivitetit te tyre gjate protestës se opozitës ne 21 janar te vitit te kaluar. Gjate fjalës se tyre, deputetet socialiste janë shprehur te gatshëm ta dorëzojnë imunitetin por kane kërkuar te hetohet edhe kryeministri Berisha e ish-ministri i Brendshëm Lulzim Basha për vrasjet e 4 demonstruesve. Prokuroria kërkoi heqjen e imunitetit për tre deputetet socialiste ne te njëjtën kohe qe lëshoi tre urdhër-arrestet për kreun e gardës, shoferin e tij dhe shefin e IT ne Kryeministri. Deputetet do te hetohen për pjesëmarrje ne proteste te paligjshme.
