Pedagoge, studente dhe punonjës te administratës u janë drejtuar kutive te votimit për zgjedhjen e drejtuesve te rinj te universiteteve. Thuajse ne te gjitha fakultetet votimi nisi me një ore vonese për shkak te përgatitjes se bazës materiale. Qendrat e votimit ishin te ndara për tre kategoritë. Për studentet dhe administratën ka 4 flete votimi me ngjyra te ndryshme, ndërsa për stafin akademik 6 flete. Kur ne shume universitete zgjedhjet janë formale për shkak te një kandidature për retor apo dekan, gara me e ashpër është për kreun e Universitetit te Tiranes. Ne mesdite te dy kandidatet u janë drejtuar kutive te votimit ne fakultetet ku ata janë pedagoge. Dhori Kule votoi ne Fakultetin Ekonomik, ndërsa Mimoza Hafizi ne Fakultetin e Shkencave te Natyrës. E ashpër është gara edhe ne Fakultetin e Mjekësisë ku për postin e dekanit garojnë tre mjeke dhe një ekonomist. Te katër kandidatet gjate gjithë kohës se votimit qëndruan përreth fakultetit e përkrah tyre mjeket dhe studentet mbështetës. Me rregullore votimi mbyllet ne orën 16:00 por nëse ka votues te tjerë shtyhet. Sipas kryetareve te KQZ te fakulteteve, emrat e drejtuesve te rinj pritet te dalin mëngjesin e se martës. Kutitë për rektor do te numërohen pranë rektorateve ndërsa gjithë te tjerat ne qendrat e numrit te çdo fakulteti. Ne zgjedhjet për drejtuesit e rinj te fakulteteve marrin pjese 150 mije studente, 5 mije pedagoge dhe 3 mije punonjës te administratës. Sipas ligjit te Arsimit te Larte, vota totale e studentit ka vlere 20%, 5% administrata dhe 75% vota e pedagogeve.
