Flamur Buzi tregon se ka shkuar për te tërhequr një formular ne zyrën e kadastrës, por pas debateve me drejtorin e komanduar te kësaj zyre, Ahmet Krasniqi, është goditur nga ky i fundit dhe te afërmit e tij. I plagosur rende nga kjo ngjarje mbeti edhe punonjësi i Ndërmarrjes se Pastrim-Gjelbërimit, Alket Sula, qe shoqëronte Buzin. Ne momentin kur tentoi te shuante konfliktin, Sula thotë se është goditur me sende te forta. Policia e Fierit me ane te një komunikate për shtyp njofton se ka shpallur ne kërkim kreun e zyrës se kadastrës, Ahmet Krasniqin dhe dy vëllezërit e tij. Përfaqësues te majte ne Fier e cilësuan incidentin me motive politike, ndërkohë qe kreu i Këshillit te Qarkut, Artur Shehu, e dënoi ngjarjen, për te cilën tha se është pasoje e një konflikti administrativ.
