Përfaqësuesja e Ministrisë së Drejtësisë tha se amendimet i hapin rrugë krijimit të një harte të re qe do të vendosë çmime reference të sakta për vlerën reale të pronës. Ajo do të shërbejë jo vetëm për procesin e kompensimit dhe të legalizimit te pronës por edhe për shitjen e pasurive të paluajtshme. Opozita i kundërshtoi ndryshimet në ligjin e pronave.
