Si bashkia ashtu edhe zyra e mjedisit ne Shkodër nuk kane marre asnjë mase për nisjen e sezonit. Madje kreu i bashkise Lorenc Luka thotë, se pritet një tjetër aksion i ndërtimoreve, ndërkohe qe nuk jep një afat për largimin e rrënojave. Sipas tij bashkia nuk ka mjetet e domosdoshme për këtë proces. Perverse për plazh, për shkak te pozicionit ku ndodhet, pranë malit te Taraboshit, me herët Shiroka është përdorur nga pushuesit edhe për tu marre me sporte te ndryshme.
