Sikundër ishte parashikuar, Enti Rregullator mori vendim për te përmirësuar financat e kompanisë se energjisë "CEZ". Nëpërmjet një vendimi, bordi i komisionarëve uli çmimin e energjisë me te cilin KESH i shet energjie "CEZ"-it, konkretisht nga 2.8 leke e çoi atë ne 2.2 leke kilovatin. Ky vendin do te sjelle efekte negative financiare për korporatën eleketronergjtike, ndërsa do te rrisë fitimet për kompaninë e shpërndarjes. Ndërhyrja ne mes te vitit, për te rregulluar tarifat erdhi pas borxheve te mëdha, ku janë zhytur kompanitë energjetike mes tyre, por edhe për shkak te detyrimeve te prapambetura qe shteti i ka "CEZ"-it. Ky i fundit deklaron se del me humbje për shkak se Enti Rregullator, nuk rriti çmimin për konsumatoret, çka do ti sillte fitime te garantuara kompanisë. Por Enti Rregullator aplikoi skenarin qe te mos penalzioje konsumatoret, por korporatën elektroenergjetike. Vendimi i entit erdhi pas presioneve te shumta te "CEZ"-it. Kohe me pare kryeministri çek mbërriti ne Tirane ne një vizite te posaçme për te gjetur zgjidhje për kompaninë "CEZ". Varianti për te ulur çmimin e energjisë brenda kompanive, është një alternative qe enti rregullator e aplikoi ne vitin 2010, por me pas u tërhoq nga ky vendim i cili rrënoi financat e KESH-it. Tashme situata përsëritet, për te favorizuar një kompani dhe për te dëmtuar një tjetër, ku shkaktari kryesor mbetet shteti, qe nuk i shlyen detyrimet e tij ne kohe.
