Shërbimi informativ shtetëror dhe opozita ndajne te njëjtin shqetësim per nevojën e rregullimit te kontrollit parlamentar mbi shërbimet sekrete. Ne një tryeze te organizuar nga instituti për ndërmjetësim dhe demokraci ku edhe pse te ftuar mungonin përfaqësues nga maxhoranca; deputete dhe figura te njohura te Partisë Socialiste risollën ne vëmendje ligjin e bllokuar ne parlament prej vitit 2010 per mbikëqyrjen parlamentare mbi shërbimet e inteligjencës; ligj i cili nëse do te ishte miratuar do te zgjidhte edhe problematiken e ngritur nga opozita per përgjimet e paligjshme nga shërbimi informativ i ushtrisë. Shqetësimi i opozitës ka gjetur mbështetje edhe nga shërbimi informative shtetëror. Sajmir Kodra, inspektor I përgjithshëm ne këtë institucion ka mbështetur miratimin e ligjit per mbikëqyrjen parlamentare si dhe ka kërkuar ngritjen e një strukture te posaçme nga kuvendi qe te kontrolloje shërbimet sekrete pasi kështu shmanget kontrolli nga persona jo-kompetente ne këtë fushe. Ligji për mbikëqyrjen parlamentare ne shërbimet sekrete është hartuar ne bashkëpunim me OSBE por qe prej vitit 2010 mbetet I bllokuar ne parlament.

National intelligence and the opposition share the same concern for the need for regulation of parliamentary control over the security services. In a roundtable organized by the Institute for Mediation and democracy where even invited representatives from the majority missing; MPs and popular figures Socialist Party risollën attention law blocked in parliament since 2010 for parliamentary oversight over the intelligence services; law that if it would be approved would solve numerous problems raised by the opposition to illegal surveillance by military intelligence. Law on parliamentary oversight of intelligence was developed in cooperation with the OSCE, but since 2010 remains blocked in parliament.
