Banka Botërore i ka lëne 60 dite kohe qeverise shqiptare dhe kompanisë CEZ qe te gjej mirëkuptim lidhur me mosmarrëveshjet e konstatuara kohet e fundit. Pas kërkese se grupit CEZ i cili do ti kërkoje Bankës Botore ekzekutimin e garancisë prej 60 milion eurosh, ky institucion thotë se eshte vene ne dije lidhur me shqetësimet e CEZ shpërndarje ne Shqipëri. Ne sqarimin e saj banka vijon me tej kur thote se mes qeverise dhe CEZ duhet te gjenden procedura te veçanta për te verifikuar pretendimet e kompanisë çeke dhe kjo do te kërkonte dy muaj kohe. Disa dite me pare kompania CEZ tha se do ti drejtohet Bankës Botërore, e cila ka dale garant për këtë privatizim ne rast se qeveria shqiptare nuk do te zbatonte marrëveshjen e nënshkruar. Por banka botërore inkurajon palët qe te angazhohen me mirëbesim për te arritur ne pajtim. Qeveria dhe CEZ janë ne konflikt me njëra tjetër çka pritet te konkretizohet ne një divorc mes tyre. Aktualisht kompanisë i janë lëne 1 muaj kohe qe te ketë mundësi te kryeje investime, ne te kundërt enti rregullatorë ka paralajmëruar se do ti heqë licencën.
