Nga ana tjeter iniciatori Agron Çela eshte shprehur i gatshem te marre dhe i vetem Vllaznine. Deri tani përveç 5 donatoreve askush tjeter nga bota e biznesit nuk eshte paraqitur me kerkese zyrtare ne bashkine Shkodër per te mare ne përdorim apo menaxhim Vllaznine. Ne rast se do te zyrtarizohet kalimi, atehere ne skuadër pritet nje revolucion i vertete me largime dhe afrime lojtaresh deri te tekniku ku emri qe lakohet me shume per te zëvendësuar Shpetim Duron eshte Artan Bushati, ndërsa tekniku kryeqytetas pritet t'i bashkohet Partizanit.
