Deputeti socialist Ben Blushi ka zgjedhur te shohë nga afër dëmtimin qe i është bere kishës "Shën Premte" ne Vlash te Elbasanit. Pak kohe me pare, persona ende te paidentifikuar grabiten dhe dëmtuan Afresket e Onufrit, një pasuri e madhe kjo kulturore per vendin tone. Kisha ashtu si te gjitha monumentet e kulturës apo objektet e kultit ka mbetur pa roje, për me tepër qe ndodhet ne nje zone shume te thelle te Elbasanit
