Partia Socialiste per me shume se dy ore ka prezantuar vizionin e saj për përmirësimin e situates se rendit publik ne Shqipëri, qe do te veje ne zbatim nëse shqiptaret i besojnë qeverisjen e vendit ne 23 qershor. Kryetari i PS, Edi Rama ka deklaruar se qeveria bashkëpunon me krimin per te vjedhur zgjedhjet dhe me pas ia shpërblen atij votat e vjedhura me favore. Sipas Rames, është pikërisht qeveria e cila inkurajon krimin duke shkelur kushtetutën dhe ligjin e duke vrare qytetare te pafajshëm si ne 21 janar. Rama ka premtuar se qeverisja socialiste do ta fitoje vetejen me krimin duke e nisur nga përmirësimi i kushteve per forcat e policisë. Keshtu do te rriten rrogat e policeve, do t'iu paguhet siguracioni i jetës, do te sigurohet strehim dhe punësim per familjet e policeve te vrare. Rama ka folur edhe per nje reformën ne strukturën e policisë se shtetit; duke lajmëruar jo vetem largimin e elementeve te korruptuar por ndryshimin ne thelb te organizimit te uniformave blu. Sipas opozitës, 23 qershori eshte momenti kur fillon nje epoke e re ne fushën e rendit publik, pasi PS do te punoje qe shqiptaret te jene me te sigurte.
