Qeveria ka nxjerre ne shitje licencën për Lotarinë Kombëtare, një marrëveshje e cila ratifikohet edhe ne parlament, por opozita tha se do ta anuloje atë menjëherë sapo te vije ne pushtet. Sekretari i Grupit Socialist, Taulant Balla, tha se blerësi është i paracaktuar ndërsa shteti shqiptar përfiton shume me pas nga tatim-fitimi mbi kompaninë sesa vendet përreth nesh. Por ministri i financave Ridvan Bode, duke krahasuar shifrat tha se shteti shqiptar do te marre 2.3% me shume taksa se shteti austriak, prej nga ka origjine kompania qe fitoi licencën kombëtare. Shteti shqiptar e shiti licencën e Lotarisë Kombëtare tek një shoqëri austriake për shume e 3.5 milionë eurove.

The Government has issued the National Lottery license sales, a deal which also ratified in parliament, but the opposition said it would cancel it immediately once they come to power. Secretary of the Socialist Group, Taulant Balla, said the buyer is predetermined and the Albanian state receives far behind profit tax on the company than the countries around us. But Finance Minister Ridvan Bode, comparing the figures said that the Albanian government will receive 2.3% more taxes than the Austrian state of origin the company that won the national license. Albanian government sold National Lottery license to an Austrian company for the amount of 3.5 million euros.
