Vetëm duke u tërhequr nga zetori, mund te arrijne ne destinacion makinat e nisura drejt 28 fshatrave te komunave Luftinje dhe Buz te Tepelenës.
Rruga eshte shembur nga rrëshqitjet e tokes dhe shume prej banoreve kane nisur te përdorin kafshet ne raste urgjente apo per te transportuar ushqimet. Procesi mësimor eshte pezulluar ne te dyja komunat me 7 mije banore, pasi autobusi i arsimtareve e ka te pamundur te kaloje ne këtë segment. Zyrtare te këshillit te qarkut ne Gjirokastër pohojnë se jane njohur me gjendjen, por ky institucion nuk ka fonde te mjaftueshme per te përballuar nje rikonstruksion te përgjithshëm te rrugës.
