Kryetari i Frymës se Re Demokratike nga qyteti i Rrogozhinës u beri thirrje zgjedhësve te largojnë me vote me 23 qershor qeverinë Berisha. Gjate takimit me mbështetësit e kesaj partie, Topi e akuzoi kryeministrin si diktator, qe ka përqendruar prona e pasuri te vendit ne duart e afërmeve te tij. Me tej Topi u ndal tek problemet qe shqetësojnë banoret e Rrogozhinës sidomos tek niveli i larte i papunësisë. Ai u kërkoi qytetareve te verifikojne emrat ne listat zgjedhore me qellim shmangien e manipulimeve te procesit.
