Sikur te mos mjaftonin telashet e qeverise me kompanisë çeke CEZ ne arbitrazhin ndërkombëtar, një tjetër kosto e rende rrezikon buxhetin e shtetit. Kompania çeke teksa ishte ne largim nga Shqipëria anuloi ne mënyre te njëanshme kontratën me kompaninë "Dept Interenaticional Advisory", e kontraktuar për mbledhjen e detyrimeve te prapambetura. Vizion Plus ka mësuar se kjo kompani e ka çuar çështjen ne arbitrash dhe kërkon nga kompania CEZ ne Tirane një dëmshpërblim ne shumen 108 milion euro. Ndonëse vendimi është marre ne vitin 2012, kohe kur kompania drejtohej nga çeket, për ekspertet, kostot do ti mbeten qeveris shqiptare. Duke ju referuar te dhënave, CEZ anuloi kontratën pak muaj para mbylljes se afatit te kompanisë "Dept Interenational Advisory". Kjo beri qe te nise konflikti mes tyre. Aktualisht kompania e shpërndarjes se energjisë e drejtuar nga administrator Sahit Dollapi i ka kërkuar mendim avokaturës se shtetit për përfaqësim ne këtë proces. Burime zyrtare nga Enti Rregullator, thonë se një kosto e tille do ti faturohet çekeve por mbetet e dyshimte një pagese e tille. Qeveria shqiptare i hoqi licencën kompanisë çeke CEZ, ne mënyre te njëanshme, për shkak se ajo nuk plotësoi kriteret ligjore. Ky fakt ka përfunduar ne arbitrazhin ndërkombëtar nga ana e çekeve te cilët i kerkojnë qeverise një dem prej afro 200 milion euro. E nëse këto procedura ne arbitrazh do te përfundojnë ne favor te kompanive te huaja, atëherë qeveria e re e pas zgjedhjeve do te përballet me një penalitet te madh financiar.
