Bollywood actors Poonam Dhillon, Raj Babbar as well its new entrant Kapil Sharma, along with television actors Karan Patel, Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Sriti Jha emerged as big winners at the 14th edition of the Indian Telly Awards.
