Nominees for the 21st annual Critics' Choice Awards were unveiled Monday, with "Mad Max: Fury Road" leading the pack with 13 nods, including Best Picture, Charlize Theron for both Best Actress and Best Actress in an Action Movie and Tom Hardy for Best Actor in an Action Movie.
"Carol," "The Martian," and "The Revenant" scored nine nominations each, and "Spotlight" earned eight nominations, followed by "The Big Short" with seven and "The Hateful Eight" with six. "
In the television categories, ABC, FX Networks and HBO lead with 14 nominations each, followed by Fox with 12.
"Survivor," "Mom" and "The Amazing Race" are among the CBS series receiving nods this year.
