If you want health problems, obesity or diabetes, then chow down! BUT if you want to live healthier, why not bake it yourself? Flower, eggs, water, salt and of course, ginger root. Add fruit in place of the candy, and use sour cream for the icing. Sure it won't be sweet, but damn right it'll be allot better than consuming 8 cups of sugar!
