Bill Cosby arrived at a court house in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday for his arraignment on the charge of sexually assaulting a woman at his home in 2004 after allegedly giving her drugs and alcohol. The charge was filed in Pennsylvania, just before the statute of limitations deadline for a criminal prosecution was to expire in January 2016.
