After DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act) is being repealed, Same Sex Couples can receive the Immigration Benefits – Green Cards?
As all us know by now, the Supreme Court has allowed the same-sex couple’s marriage to receive the federal benefits. This ruling has also allowed the same-sex couples to receive Immigration Benefits. This requires the federal government to recognize marriages in states where same-sex marriage is legal. It does not require states to legalize or recognize same-sex marriage. If the same-sex couples are legally married, they get the same immigration benefits as regular the straight couples.
Should you have any questions regarding the Green Card process for same sex couples, feel free to reach our Law Office at 1-212-245-70 70 or

Thank you.
